                      Q&A

Q. What exactly is Knækbrød?
A.   Knækbrød literally translated from Danish means 'cracked or break- bread'.  It is light, crunchy and wholesome and keeps fresh for a very long time.  Knækbrød is a staple food in Scandinavia and was for a long time considered a poor man's diet.
It's not a cracker, but it's also not a bread; ...It's a crackerbread.

Q. What can I eat Knækbrød with?
A.  Crispy, crunchy, wholesome and seriously addictive, there aren't really are rules; its whatever takes your fancy.  We love the Cumin flavour with a good Gouda or Emmental type cheese.

The original flavour goes well with anything; Smoked Salmon & Avocado or as a complete contrast - a good quality chocolate spread or Peanut Butter and Jam...Yum!

The Rye w/ Fennel goes amazingly well with stronger flavours such as: pate or blue cheese.

Our award winning
øl Knækbrød goes amazing with a sharp cheddar or a gooey Camembert!

Q. How do I say Line's Knækbrød?
A.   It's really easy once you know how:
  •      To say ' Line's': think - 'Lee-Ner'
  •      To say ' Knækbrød: ' 'Knick -bro-the'
