It all started in 2011 when my parents came to visit from Denmark and brought this amazing recipe with them. I remember eating the Swedish Knackebrod as a child. But unlike the hard, dry Knackebrod I remember; with this recipe, it was love at first bite and we spent the rest of the summer & the following year baking and perfecting the recipe.
After lots of encouragement from friends who loved our Knækbrød, we decided they were too good not to share. So in September 2013 we took the plunge and launched 'Line's Knækbrød'
